How often do you restock the shop?

We aim to restock the shop every week on Fridays at 8pm CST, however dates may vary depending on mommy life. Follow us on our Facebook VIP at  "Babies of Lilly la Mode VIP" or on Instagram to stay up to date on the latest launch details.

 

Do you offer coupons and sales?

We always offer free shipping on domestic orders over $40 USA only! (no code needed). From time to time we offer other discounts and markdowns. Clearance items are final sale. Follow us on our Facebook VIP at "Babies of Lilly la Mode VIP" to stay up to date on the latest sales and promotions.

 

Do you offer custom orders?

Do you have a return or cancellation policy?

We currently do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if there is a mistake made on our end, please contact us with any issues or concerns and we'll work to resolve it as soon as possible.

 

When will my order ship?

All of our bows are ready to ship!. Because of the volume of orders being processed and package, you can expect your order to leave San Antonio, TX shop within 3-7 business day (Monday to Friday-does not include holidays) via USPS First Class mail. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged package(s).

 

Do you combine shipping for multiple orders?

We do combine shipping for multiple orders going to one same address. There is a $2 shipping combination fee that comes out of your shipping refund. Make sure you have the right address, we are not responsible for any orders sent to the wrong address, or lost. It is not feasible for us at this time. 

 

Do you ship to Canada and Worldwide?

Yes, we do.

 

Can I make changes to my order after it is placed?

Yes, if you contacted me as soon as you have placed your order. After 1 hour of the order being placed it won't be possible to make any changes. However, please email lillylamodeboutique@hotmail.com with any immediate issues and we will do our best.

 

Will I receive tracking information once my order has been shipped?

Yes!. You will received tracking information of shipment once your order has shipped.

 

How should I clean my bow?

We recommend spot clean only. Use a soft tooth brush and gently scrub the stained area. Use warm water and a drop of dish soap. After that, use warm water to get all the soap out, reshape your bow and lay it on a flat surface.

 

How should I store my bows?

Each bow is handmade and pretty delicate. We ask that you store it in a cool place and hang it or place it upside down so, the petals do not get damage.

 

What forms of payments do you accept?

We gladly accept PayPal, all major credit cards including American Express, Apple Pay, Discovery, Visa, Mastercard, and now offering SEZZLE.
