How often do you restock the shop?

I try to stock the site with brand new products bi-weekly every Friday at 8pm CST. If you want to stay in the know, I invite you to join our Facebook VIP.
 Do you offer coupons and sales?
From time to time I offer other discounts and markdowns. Sale and clearance items are final. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram to stay up to date on the latest sales and promotions.
 Do you offer custom orders?

I do accept customs. Please email me prior placing a custom order to ensure it can be done and process on time. Prices and processing time for customs can vary, so please verify with me. Please know, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you have a return or cancellation policy?

I currently do not accept returns or cancellations. However, if there is a mistake, please contact me via email and I will make sure to resolve it as soon as possible.
 
When will my order ship?
I ship via the USPS and current processing time is 3 to 7 business days.
Shipping is a FLAT RATE of $4.75 and FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING when you spend $35 or more. First class shipping which typically takes 3 to 5 days to arrive after it is in USPS possession. Shall you want your order to arrive faster AFTER please select priority shipping, if your order has been already processed and you wish to upgrade it to priority, you can do so at your own cost. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in USPS possession. I do take great pride in providing excellent customer service, so if there is a problem with your order, do not hesitate to contact me and I will try my best to help. 
 
What is your current turn around time (TAT)?
My current turn around time (TAT) is now 3 to 7 business days not counting holidays or weekends. I will work as fast and efficient to get your items shipped following my TAT. It might take me up to 7 business day to do so, unless stated otherwise. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and we cannot control shipping delays after they are dropped at the post office or carrier of your choice.
 
What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?
Processing time is the amount of time I need to process your order and get it ready to be shipped. Custom and Pre-orders have a different processing time. It is stated on the listing.
Shipping time is the period taken by a shipment to reach it's intended destination. I ship via USPS First Class mail that can take anywhere from 3 to 5 days to arrive. If you upgrade to priority shipping at checkout, then once the order ships (past our processing time), it might take about 2 days to arrive. 
How should I clean my bow?
I recommend spot clean only. Use a soft tooth brush and gently scrub the stained area. Use warm water and a drop of dish soap. After that, use warm water to get all the soap out, reshape your bow and lay it on a flat surface.
 
How should I store my bows?
Each bow is handmade and pretty delicate. I ask that you store it in a cool place and hang it or place it upside down so, the petals do not get damage.
